Mount Laurel's Remote Learning Program began on Wednesday, March 18 as staff members conduct classes online. Delivery of lunches to students qualified for free and reduced-price lunch also began on March 18. More information on our online program and lunch distribution below. All student technology and learning materials were already distributed. However, if you should you have any needs, please contact your school principal. The Administration Buildings In the event you have business with the Hattie Britt BOE Bldg., Masonville Bldg., or Margaret L. Haynes Transportation and Learning Center, please call our offices rather than visit them. We want to limit our employees and you to possible exposure to reduce the spread of COVID19. Virtual School Hours On Monday, March 23, 2020, all school buildings will be on a virtual operating plan with school hours in place from 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. You will never know the difference though, because our building principals, school secretaries, guidance counselors, school nurses, and child study teams as well as any other support staff that assist you during the year, will be answering messages, emails, and reaching out to you to help address your questions and/or concerns to support your children. Communication with your teachers and your schools will be just like when we were in session, emails are preferred, however all messages left with your school will be returned promptly. Technology Support Services No doubt during this time of online virtual learning technology support may be needed. In the event, you need assistance please communicate that to your child’s teacher and they will submit a Help Desk Work Order in your name electronically to our technology department. Once received our technology staff will contact you immediately and directly to resolve your issue. Do not call the technology department directly. Our Online Educational Program Is In Full Swing! Free and Reduced Price Eligible Lunches Distributed at Hartford Three Days Per Week Distribution of Lunches to Free and Reduced-Price Eligible Families began on Wednesday, March 18. Lunch will be available for pickup on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. at Mount Laurel Hartford School, 397 Hartford Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Lunch orders must be placed prior to 8:45 am each day. You will need to submit this form for every eligible student lunch that you wish to order. There will be signage at Hartford School to indicate pickup locations. Families will not need to exit their vehicles. All School-Related Events and Activities Are Canceled During this period of school closure, all school-related activities are canceled. Specific cancellations of events will be posted here: Board of Education Meeting - The March 24, 2020, Regular Board of Education Meeting has been canceled. Rescheduling information will be posted here. Issuance of Staff Badges - Mount Laurel School staff badges will not be issued while schools are closed.
